Innovation Impact: How design and technology will change the face of Commercial Real Estate Management

This IREM summer seminar focuses on buildings of the very-near future. We will learn from three experts about what to expect as it relates to distinctive workspaces, artificial intelligence, and the dynamic shift of changing tenant needs. As a manager what can you expect in the next few years and how will you deliver? As Houston buildings become more automated and the City experiences yet another generational shift, what industry disruptors do you need to be aware of?
