In the day-to-day operations of a property management team, conflicts can arise at the drop of a hat. Whether it is an issue with a tenant, co-worker, owner or service provider, conflicts that are ignored don't go away; they just get worse. Unresolved or poorly resolved conflicts can result in loss of productivity, absenteeism, turnover and in some cases retaliation or lawsuits.

Our panel discussion will guide mid-level managers and first-line administrative professionals through several true-life scenarios and show how proven experts handle issues quickly and effectively. They'll learn proven methods for resolving difficult situations in property management.

    Panel of Experts Include:

George D. Griffin, III, CPM, CCIM of Houston Housing Authority
Kaci Hancock, ACoM of Wulfe & Co.
James Sinclair, CPM, CCIM, RPA of Brookfield Properties

    Moderated by:

Sheryl Green, CPM of Camden Property Trust, AMO
Erin Holland, CPM of Stream Realty Partners, AMO
