We're excited to announce IREM Houston is hosting a Virtual Holiday Market Auction from December 1st through 10th. Our auction will offer dozens of quality packages as every price point and is the perfect place to do some holiday shopping while supporting a worthwhile cause. On the final day of our auction, we will also be hosting an in-person Holiday Happy Hour where you can see some of the items for auction and even claim your winnings!

Who the proceeds benefit: The Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) provides the local real estate industry with invaluable educational, financial, and professional support. While the impacts of COVID have lead 71% of associations and charities to reduce their services and operations, IREM has actually increased our free and low cost member resources and scholarship giving. Unlike many small businesses, IREM as a 501(c) 3 association did not qualify for the Federal Payroll Protection Program and has significantly felt the impacts of having to cancel our fundraising events in 2020. All proceeds from this auction will be earmarked specifically for scholarship funds and member education.
