Most IREM Houston events are open to IREM Members, Industry Partners, and non-member property management professionals. Exceptions include select events such as the Fashion Fundraiser, Golf Open, and Food Fest.
Please note: Outside vendors, including non-member vendors and individuals not working in property management, are not permitted to attend. If such individuals register, only a 50% refund will be issued to cover administrative and transaction processing fees.
If you’re unable to attend due to illness, weather, or other circumstances, please contact the IREM Houston staff as soon as possible.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for full refunds, but funds may be applied to future events at IREM’s discretion.
All refund requests will be reviewed individually.
