Event Policy

  • Most IREM Houston events are open to IREM Members, Industry Partners, and non-member property management professionals. Exceptions include select events such as the Fashion Fundraiser, Golf Open, and Food Fest.
    • Please note: Outside vendors, including non-member vendors and individuals not working in property management, are not permitted to attend. If such individuals register, only a 50% refund will be issued to cover administrative and transaction processing fees.

  • If you’re unable to attend due to illness, weather, or other circumstances, please contact the IREM Houston staff as soon as possible.
    • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
    • Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for full refunds, but funds may be applied to future events at IREM’s discretion.
    • All refund requests will be reviewed individually.

  • Industry Partners: You are entitled to one complimentary registration per IREM Luncheon. Use the code “partner” at checkout to redeem this benefit.
